Below we have given an overview of why we process personal information.
Through your personal information, we keep track of all customer relationships, we can improve our services, give you as a customer better follow-up and ensure a faster service.
3. What personal information do we collect?
Basically, we have received all information about you - from you. This can be an email from you, a form or a phone call.
Such information may include:

4. Storage of your information
All information we receive is stored for a given period of time. How long we store your information depends on the purpose.

Information we receive before the agreement is signed is stored for 5 years.

Information we receive as a result of our cars and services, advertising or sales services is stored for 5 years.

4.1 Storage and storage of documents
We keep documents for 5 years after the assignment is completed.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is GDPR Article 6 No. 1 letter f (balancing of interests, cf. the legitimate interest stated above) and GDPR Article 9 No. 2 letter f (determining, enforcing or defending legal claims), cf. the Personal Data Act ( ny 2018) § 11.
4.2 Invoicing
For privatkunder, benyttes personens private postadresse for utsendelse av faktura.
Behandlingsgrunnlaget er GDPR artikkel 6 nr. 1 bokstav f (interesseavveining) for virksomhetskunder og GDPR artikkel 6 nr. 1 bokstav b (nødvendige for å oppfylle avtalen med den registrerte) for privatkunder.
4.3 IT operations and security
Personal information stored in our IT systems may be available to us or to our suppliers in connection with system updates, implementation or follow-up of security measures, error correction or other maintenance. The basis for processing is GDPR Article 6 No. 1 f (balancing of interests, cf. our legitimate interest related to the mentioned activities) and our legal obligation to have satisfactory information security, cf. GDPR Articles 32 and 6 No. 1 letter c.
4.4 Marketing
We send out newsletters to e-mail addresses that are registered as our customers and that have agreed to receive newsletters.
Such marketing is based on your consent, cf. the Marketing Act § 15 (1) and GDPR article 6 no. 1 a.
5. Who do we share with?
We may share your personal information with our partners to ensure that our offer and service to you is improved. For information, we want to ensure that our partners also protect your information on an equal footing with us.
We share your information with companies that provide services for us, including:

Furthermore, we may share personal information with our other companies and transfer this to third parties in the event of a merger or other reorganization.

You have rights in personal information that concerns you. However, your rights depend on the circumstances.
6.1 Withdraw consent
If you have given your consent to receive newsletters from us, you can withdraw this consent at any time. We have arranged for you to easily reserve yourself against this type of inquiry by including a link to the deregistration form in each inquiry.
If you have consented to other processing of personal data, you can also withdraw your consent at any time for the purpose of this processing by contacting us about this.
6.2 Request insight
You have the right to access which personal information we have registered about you, unless otherwise required by law. To ensure that personal information is disclosed to the right person, we may require that the request for access be made in writing or that identity be verified in another way.
6.3 Request correction or deletion
You can ask us to correct incorrect information we have about you or ask us to delete personal information about you.
We will as far as possible accommodate a request to delete personal information, but we can not do this if there are compelling reasons for not deleting, for example that we must store the information for documentation reasons.
6.4 Data portability
In some cases, you may have access to personal information you have provided to us in order to have it transferred in a machine-readable format to another car company. If it is technically possible, in some cases it will be possible to have these transferred directly to the other company.
6.5 Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you disagree with the way we process your personal information, you can submit a complaint to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
6.6 Safety
We have established procedures for handling personal information in a secure manner. The measures are of both a technical and organizational nature. We make regular assessments of the security of all central systems used for handling personal data, and agreements have been entered into that provide suppliers of such systems to ensure satisfactory information security.
Access to your personal information is limited to those people with us who need access to perform their tasks.
We have adopted internal IT guidelines, and we regularly train employees with regard to security and use of IT systems.
